Men’s Golf completed the first day of the 2024 Golfweek Fall Challenge at Pawleys Island, S.C. on Sunday, placing seventh among 15 schools at the end of the first round. Arkansas State, Austin Peay State, and Wright State hold the top three podium positions at first, second, and third respectively.
After climbing up the national rankings to No. 22 following their win against Manhattan (0-3-0), the Seton Hall Men’s soccer team hosted Columbia University (0-2-0) on Friday, Sept. 6. Looking to start the season 4-0-0 for the first time since 2008, the Pirates secured a 2-0 win against the Lions to extend their series lead against them to 14-4-3.
Following their road win against Florida International University, the Seton Hall Men’s soccer team entered the United Soccer Coaches Poll at No. 25 in the rankings released earlier this week.
“I’ll be back to see [the banner],” graduate center Jaden Bediako said. “I’m a Pirate for life.”
With 26 points and 10 rebounds, Dawes led the Hall. Addae-Wusu followed with 18 points and six rebounds, with Davis contributing 14 points and 11 rebounds. For the Hawks, Reynolds notched a game-high 27 points.
Senior forward Dre Davis led the Pirates with an efficient 28 points on 10-for-15 shooting and seven rebounds, scoring efficiently on all three levels.
With the victory, Seton Hall snapped their eight-game losing streak against Villanova.
