The Seton Hall men’s golf team finished sixth at the Wolfpack Intercollegiate on Tuesday morning. Junior New Jersey native, Ryan Snouffer led the Pirates as he finished tied for eighth overall.

As a team, the Pirates finished sixth overall, shooting 25-over par. Through the three rounds, the Pirates shot 300, 282, 295, 877. A score of 25 over par, put the Pirates 31 strokes behind the tournament champion and host, N.C. State.
Snouffer solidified his top eight finish when he shot a 68 in the second round, Monday afternoon. His second round score was tied for the second best score of the round. Snouffer went on to finish his third round at even par. At the end of the tournament, he finished with a 74, 68, 71, 213 scorecard.
Sophomore Lloyd Jefferson Go had another solid tournament, finishing 15th in the final standings. He finished at +3 with a 70, 71, 75, 216 tournament.
The Pirates finished sixth overall in a 20-team field that included: two teams from N.C. State, Boston College, Bowling Green, Campbell, East Carolina, East Tennessee State, Georgia Southern, Lipscomb Loyola Maryland, Rhode Island, Temple, UNC-Greensboro, USC-Upstate, Western Carolina, and Wofford.
Only N.C. State, East Tennessee State, East Carolina, Georgia Southern, and UNC-Greensboro finished with higher team scores than the Seton Hall Pirates.
Next weekend, the Pirates men’s golf team will be wrapping up their fall season as they will travel to compete in the Temple Invitational.
