The swimming and diving teams split the last meet of the season at Marist, with the men winning 159-139 with the women losing 176-122.
The victory for the men's team improved its record to 9-2 this season in dual meets and gives it a fourth-place finish in the Patriot Invitational.
The women's team finished with a record of 6-5 while also recording a fourth-place finish in the Patriot Invitational.
The men's team had nine first-place finishes among five swimmers.
Sophomore Joey Lacus swept the 50-yard and 100-yard freestyle meets with times of 22.05 and 48.63, respectively.
Junior Austin Acheson swept both long-distance freestyles with times of 4:46.45 for the 500-yard and 9:42.80 for the 1,000-yard freestyle.
Sophomore Matt Benson swept the 100-yard and 200-yard backstroke races with Big East Championship "A" cut times of 53.14 and 1:55.64, respectively.
Lacus, Benson, senior Matt Holland and sophomore Richard Dunham teamed up to win the 400-yard freestyle relay with a time of 3:13.67.
Senior Pete Gingeleskie and junior Ryan O'Shaughnessy also came up with first-place performances on Saturday.
Gingeleskie won the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:47.38, and was also the runner-up in the 200-yard individual medley (1:58.87) and the 500-yard freestyle (4:47.97).
O'Shaughnessy finished first in the 200-yard breaststroke with a mark of 2:10.51, and he came in second in the 100-yard butterfly (52.99).
On the women's side, the Pirates only had two swimmers win races.
Sophomore Jane Ehret finished first in 200-yard butterfly with a time of 2:06.71, with a second-place finish in the 100-yard butterfly.
Senior Rose Virgilio was the other Pirate to win a meet, winning the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 25.08.
Seton Hall will next take to the pool in the Big East Championship.
The Pirates will be represented by 16 of their 18 swimmers on the men's side and 17 of 20 women swimmers who qualified throughout the season.
The championships will be held at the University of Pittsburgh. The diving competition is Feb. 10-12 and the swimming competition is Feb. 15-18.
