Dunkin' worker arrested

An Orange resident was arrested last week and charged with stealing a credit card number while employed at Seton Hall's Dunkin' Donuts, according to the South Orange Police Department.

Detectives determined that 25-year-old Danielle Frazier "was using one person's credit card and used it at two fast food restaurants in town," Police Chief Jim Chelel said.

"She came in the next day and admitted it," Chelel added. "It was only one time."

On Jan. 30, she had fast food delivered with the card, said Chelel.

A student who had used a credit card at Dunkin' Donuts shortly thereafter received notice from the credit card's bank about a questionable purchase, according to Vice President of Administration Dennis Garbini.

The student notified the Dunkin' Donuts manager, who contacted the authorities, Garbini said.

The matter was addressed within hours and it is now a South Orange police matter.

She was arrested at 11 p.m. on Jan. 31 and processed accordingly, according to SOPD.

Garbini said he would like to thank the student and all involved for the quick and appropriate response.
