With a failing offense and no Jeremy Hazell, Seton Hall lost an overtime decision to Clemson, 64-58, in their final game of the 2010 Paradise Jam at the University of the Virgin Islands on Monday night.
The loss gave the Pirates a 1-2 record in the tournament, pushed them to 2-3 on the year, and gave the Hall a 5th place finish in the eight team field.
The team shot 2-21 from three-point range and 38 percent from the field overall.
Senior Jeff Robinson was the only Pirate in double figures, scoring 16 points on 7-19 shooting.
Most of the Hall's backcourt struggled to score. Guards Jordan Theodore, Keon Lawrence and Eniel Polynice - the primary point guards - combined for 19 points and 13 turnovers.
The Pirates fought back for the second time in as many nights to take a late second-half lead.
But senior Herb Pope committed a foul - his fifth - which allowed the Tigers to tie the game from the free throw line.
Clemson outscored Seton Hall, 17-11, in the overtime period.
